A BETTER AIR CONVERSATION

There’s more to a space
than what you can see.

Odours, cleaning chemicals and material off-gassing can be part of a building’s indoor-air challenge. Pure Clean Air supplies Pyure air and surface purification systems for commercial properties, with equipment options matched to your space and priorities.

From individual rooms to integrated building systems, the conversation starts with what you want to address—and the equipment and evidence relevant to your space.

01

Persistent odours

Guest rooms, garbage areas, gyms and other spaces where unwanted smells affect the experience.

02

VOCs & chemical odours

Consider air-treatment options for volatile organic compounds from materials and everyday building activities.

ABOUT PURE CLEAN AIR

Based in Kelowna.
Working across North America.

Head office
Kelowna, British Columbia

Pure Clean Air Inc. is an authorized distributor of Pyure technology. We supply portable and building-integrated purification systems for commercial property owners, business operators and facility teams.

From our head office in Kelowna, BC, we start with your building and the concerns you want to address—whether that is persistent odours, shared indoor spaces or choosing equipment for a new property.

We work with businesses and organizations across North America, including casinos, hotels and resorts, schools and childcare, healthcare and dental facilities, senior living, multi-family properties, commercial workplaces and industrial facilities.

We bring the equipment options, manufacturer evidence and project requirements together to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

Tested in demanding, high-touch environments.

Pyure technology has been tested in challenging, real-world applications. In its Newport Racing & Gaming case study, Pyure reports reductions in airborne and surface bacteria and mould, with reductions of up to 98% across the reported measurements.

Manufacturer-reported findings varied by contaminant and sampling location. Results depend on the equipment, installation and site conditions; these findings are not a guarantee for every building.

THE TECHNOLOGY, EXPLAINED

Inspired by sunlight.
Engineered for indoors.

Pyure describes its technology as using ultraviolet energy to generate hydroxyls and organic oxidants. These reactive compounds are designed to address odours and selected contaminants in the air and on surfaces.

Unlike a filter-only approach, Pyure’s mechanism includes treatment beyond the device. Model selection, room conditions and installation requirements matter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this replace ventilation or regular cleaning?

No. Air purification should be considered alongside ventilation, filtration, cleaning, maintenance and source control. A building issue may require HVAC, environmental or other professional input.

Which system is right for my building?

That depends on the concern being addressed, space volume, airflow, layout and model requirements. A floor-area estimate alone does not establish technical suitability.

What does it cost?

Pricing is facility-specific. A proposal should separate equipment and ongoing costs, and clearly state freight, installation, service, taxes, warranty terms and exclusions.

Where can I review product specifications?

Open a product above for the corresponding Pyure manufacturer page, or visit Pyure’s resource centre for technical documents.

Who handles installation?

Installation arrangements depend on the equipment and your building. HVAC-integrated units require qualified trades. Your proposal will identify the installation scope, responsibilities and any separate costs.

What ongoing maintenance should I budget for?

Plan for replacement optics and model-specific upkeep. Confirm the replacement schedule, costs and who will perform the work when reviewing your equipment proposal.

What warranty and support are included?

Warranty coverage depends on the product and the manufacturer’s terms. Confirm the applicable warranty, support contact and service responsibilities in your proposal before purchasing.
